What products do you sell?

We offer women’s handbags, canvas bags, and other related bags and accessories.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. delivery generally takes another 5–10 business days after shipment.

The estimated total time is approximately 6–13 business days.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

Depending on the order and destination, we may use USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at mataio@mataioelken.com. We will try to assist if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days of receiving the product.

Products should be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

Who pays for return shipping?

For quality-related issues, such as defective, damaged, or incorrect products sent by us, Elken LLC covers the applicable return shipping cost.

For non-quality-related returns, such as change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

When will I receive my refund?

After an approved return has been received and inspected, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Can I return a used or worn bag?

Generally, no. Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise affected in a way that impacts resale value may not be eligible for return.

Do you offer subscriptions?

No. Products purchased through our website are one-time purchases unless otherwise clearly stated. Placing an order does not automatically enroll you in a subscription or recurring payment program.
